Blender Mender is dedicated to fixing and returning your blender to service quickly and inexpensively. Our team has extensive experience with Vitamix repairs.
Services
Blender Diagnosis
As soon as your blender is received it is inventoried and diagnosed according to the manufacturers standards. Once we have determined the issue with your blender we will notify you of next steps and options for repair.
Blender Repair and return to service
Once the blender owner has been notified of recommended repairs, Blender Mender will work quickly to repair your equipment and return it to you. We pride ourselves on speed of service.
Warranty work
We are authorized to provide warranty work on Blenders in the Tropical Smoothie Cafe family as of right now. If your blender is outside of that brand and still under warranty, we will at no cost forward your blender to a repair facility to be serviced.
Subscription Service
We are working on providing an offering that will be a subscription based service. This service will include sending blades and sockets periodically among a few other things. Stay tuned!
Refurbished Blender Sales
We typically have several refurbished blenders on hand at any given time. We sell these blenders with a 90 day parts and labor warranty. Click the link below to see what we have on hand.
